About Me

From Teaching to Transformation
I originally aspired to be a teacher because I loved the idea of shaping young minds and making a difference from an early age.
Whilst pursuing my studies, I was guided toward psychology to broaden my university experience — though I wouldn’t realise the significance of this decision until years later.
Finding Purpose Through Connection
When I began teaching English as a foreign language online, I quickly noticed that many of my adult students weren’t just there to improve their language skills — they were seeking connection, guidance, and a safe space to be heard.
What started as simple language lessons soon evolved into meaningful conversations about life, challenges, and personal growth.
As I witnessed the impact of my support, encouragement, and presence, I discovered my true calling. This experience reignited my passion for psychology and inspired me to pursue further studies, culminating in the completion of my Honours degree in Counselling Psychology in 2024.
The Heart Behind My Work
Life hasn’t always been gentle with me. I’ve lived through seasons that tested me — and my family — to our core. And yet, looking back, I’m genuinely grateful for every one of them. Every stumble, every tear, every heartache pulled me closer to where I’m meant to be… right here, doing what I am doing.
Through these experiences, I discovered something powerful: I have a gift for seeing people — for making them feel like they belong, like their voice matters. I know that deep longing — to be heard, to be enough — because I’ve felt it too. We all have.
That’s why I do what I do: to sit with you in the uncertainty, in the mess, and help you find your light — just like I’m learning to find mine.
What Fills My Cup
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me curled up with a good romance or drama novel, soaking up a podcast or audiobook, or working my way through an ever-growing list of movies and series. I love being outdoors — especially on long walks or hikes with my dog — and I find joy in sweating it out at the gym, veganising my favourite comfort foods, and spending quality time with my friends and family.

The Journey Ahead
Being a young adult today comes with incredible opportunities — but also a unique set of challenges. The truth is, we don’t always have the answers. And that’s okay. Sometimes, the most meaningful growth comes from navigating life’s toughest moments while slowly discovering the path that’s truly yours.
The quote I turn to when I feel like I’m not doing enough: “Look back at who you were and where you started.”
It reminds me to be grateful for the past versions of myself — the one who kept going, who made tough choices, who brought me to where I am today. Even when life feels overwhelming, remember this: one day, you’ll look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come.
Coaching is an investment in yourself — and in your future. So why not take a step today that your future self will thank you for?
