Coaching

You Know What to Do.
Pressure Changes That.

You do not have a knowledge problem. You have a pressure problem. That is where I come in.

You already know how to train your body. Pick the weak thing, work it, measure it, go again. Nobody calls that soft. This is the same, pointed at the rest of your life. Your work, your head, your relationships, being a father, a partner, a friend. Treat it like sport and it stops being vague. You find the part that is underperforming and you build it.

Most coaching picks one lane. Career. Or mindset. Or fitness. I do not see life in lanes. You can be better at all of it, and the parts are connected. When one area is struggling, it pulls on the rest. The work is figuring out which part needs the push, and building from there.

This is for people who have decided. You have reached the point where you know you want to be better. Maybe life forced it on you. Something broke, and you had no choice but to change. Maybe you grew your way here, capable and doing fine on paper, but frustrated with standing still and done waiting for it to fix itself.

You do not have to be an executive or an athlete. You can be anyone. A parent. Someone carrying anxiety who wants to be steadier. Someone good at their job who knows there is another level. The one thing that matters is that you are ready to do the work.

Everyone performs fine until it gets hard.
I work with what happens after that.

Start with what I am actually built on. An honours degree in the psychology of performance. A competitive gymnast who represented South Africa. 25 years coaching people through pressure, and years spent building and running a business before that. I know performance from the inside. As an athlete, as a founder, and as the person in the room when someone is trying to hold it together.

Then there is the part most coaches do not have. The extremes of human experience are where the real lessons live. Wisdom, perspective, clarity, they show up when things get hard, not when they are easy. So I go and put myself there on purpose. Greenland. The road to the South Pole, solo and unsupported, in 2030. The hardest places I can find, because that is where the learning is. Sometimes life does it to you without asking. Either way, you come back clearer.

Here is what that means for you. I am not teaching pressure from a book. I have the training to understand it and the scars to know it. And one of my real skills is taking what I learn out there and breaking it down so you can use it in a normal life.

This connects to the wider journey. See the road to the South Pole

Step 01

The Discovery Call

We start with a conversation. Where you are, what is working, what is not, and the one thing you most want to change. No assumptions. An honest look at the ground you are standing on.

Step 02

Building the Plan

We build a plan around your life and the part that needs the push first. Made for how you actually work, not pulled off a shelf.

Step 03

Testing It Under Real Pressure

You take it into real situations. Live decisions, real stakes, your actual week. We see what holds, and we fix what does not.

Step 04

Making It Yours

You end up running it without me. You can see it yourself and hold yourself to it. That is when the work has done its job.
