5 coaching lessons from this week

I just wrapped up a great week of coaching and my client and I touched on subjects ranging from setting white whale goals to dealing with deep trauma as well as starting new businesses and some major changes in their lives.

Below are five themes that stood out to me this week.

  1. Focus on creating experiences: The common thread across conversations was the importance of creating experiences rather than just selling a product or service. It’s about helping people build memories and connect with what’s meaningful in life.
  2. Be authentic and create connections: One client emphasized the power of vulnerability and connection in their brand. Sharing personal stories and creating content that feels like a connected conversation resonated with their audience.
  3. Embrace self-development and self-care: Encourage accountability and consistent effort in personal growth and self-care practices. Pushing oneself outside of the comfort zone and embracing fear can lead to personal growth and success.
  4. Evolve your brand intentionally: If your brand is shifting away from your initial focus, consider reevaluating your online presence. Registering a domain name that aligns with your evolving brand and focusing on intentional content creation can help guide your brand in the right direction.
  5. Create value through experiences: Whether it’s through photography, coaching, or travel experiences, the emphasis should be on creating value for the customer by providing memorable experiences that go beyond the standard offerings.

These lessons all highlight the importance of authenticity, creating meaningful experiences, and evolving your brand intentionally to connect with your audience and drive success.

I have been absolutely loving working with my clients for last few weeks and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to add value to peoples journey. Look forward to next week!

Stay safe.
And don’t forget to be awesome.
