Consistency

Saw the following quote a few days ago.

Consistency is an under-appreciated inspirational quality. It’s that ability to conduct yourself in a consistent, reliable manner that others will respect and appreciate.” ~ Del Suggs

Consistency.

It’s probably one of the main reasons why so many people don’t reach their goals.

I think people often have the wrong idea on consistency and they make it something almost unattainable in their mind.

Have a look at the image below.

Get it?

Consistency looks different to each of us.

The moment you realise this and apply it to various aspects of your life you start seeing results.

More than that, it will, after some time, give you a sense of accomplishment which makes you want to do even more.

A large part of success is just showing up.

Just start doing something and then keep doing it.

Persistence will get you to the door but consistency is the key to unlock it.

Just do something.

And then keep doing it.
