Anxiety is knowing you have to make a decision but you’re not making it.
If you need to loose weight and pay attention to your health… you’ll know.
If you’re anxious and stressed and you need to pay attention to your mental health… you’ll know.
If you’re in a toxic relationship that you need to end… you’ll know.
If it’s time to start your own business… you’ll know.
If you’re drinking too much… you’ll know.
If you’re spending too much time on your phone… you’ll know.
If you need to pay more attention to your family… you’ll know.
If you’re not taking care of yourself… you’ll know.
If you need help… you’ll know.
Here’s the hard truth…
If something is important enough to you, you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. To affect change. To be better!
If not, you will stay stuck in an anxiety loop of knowing you need to do something, but you aren’t.
Stop complaining about results you didn’t get from work you didn’t put in.
