Corporate Advisory

Your Strategy Is Not the Problem.

Your people are under pressure.

Every plan looks clean on paper. Then it meets a tired team, a hard quarter, and a leader carrying more than they admit. In a corporate that shows up as slipping targets. In a small business it shows up in the owner, because the owner is the strategy, the culture, and the last line of defence, all at once.

I build the human layer your strategy actually runs on. The same performance work I deliver one to one and on stage, built into how your organisation operates under pressure. Corporates, owner-run companies, teams of eight or eight hundred. On-site or online. Built for your context.

Start a Conversation

Your people know what to do. Under pressure, they stop doing it. Deadlines slip. Good people go quiet or burn out. Leaders absorb everything until they crack or check out. In a small business it is sharper, because there is nowhere to hide and no bench to rotate in. The culture frays in ways no one puts in a report.

That is not a knowledge problem, and it is not fixed with another strategy session. It is a pressure problem, running through a whole team at once. That is the layer I work on.

Five ways to bring the work in, sized to the company. A conference of five hundred or a firm of twelve. Most start with a keynote or a workshop, and the work grows from there.

Keynotes

The talk delivered inside an event, conference, or offsite.

Workshops and Training

Hands-on application of the frameworks. Half-day to full-day.

Leadership Team Coaching

Team-level work, not one to one. For leadership groups operating under pressure.

Field Immersions

The team out of the boardroom and into the field, where the frameworks get tested instead of discussed. Built with my expedition and safari background, run to a real outcome.

Strategic Advisory

The ongoing relationship. Retained advisory for leaders and owners working through transition, pressure, and performance. This is the senior tier, and where most long partnerships end up.

Two programmes built for specific organisations. The Leadership Protocol is the flagship. The Field Protocol was built inside one of the hardest operating environments there is, remote hospitality, where the teams are small, the margins are real, and there is no head office to absorb a bad month. It is proof the method survives contact with real operations.

Why the Programmes Are Specific, Not Generic.

Every programme measures where a team sits on both layers and builds to close the gaps. That is what makes it specific rather than generic.

Six Core Human Needs The foundation of how every person operates.
Certainty
Uncertainty
Significance
Connection
Growth
Contribution
The RAPG Framework The mindset that supports those needs under pressure.
R Resilience

Bouncing back faster. Staying functional when conditions get hard.

A Agency

Owning your response. Not what happens to you, but what you do with it.

P Positivity

Not forced optimism. A trained bias toward what's possible.

G Gratitude

The anchor that keeps the other three from drifting under pressure.

No packages off a shelf. Whether you run a listed company or a twelve-person firm, every engagement runs the same three steps.

01
Diagnose

We find out where your team actually sits. On the needs, on the mindset, on what is quietly not working. Conversations and observation, not a survey dump.

02
Build

The programme gets shaped to close your specific gaps. A keynote, a workshop series, team coaching, or a mix. Sized to your people, your budget, and your calendar.

The work lands in how the team actually runs, not in a binder. For organisations that want it to hold past the first quarter, this is where retained advisory comes in.

I spent 14 years co-founding and running a small business that grew into one of Africa's leading photographic safari operations. Boardroom to field. Hiring, firing, payroll, seasons that could sink the company, teams spread across countries. I know what it costs to carry an owner-run business through a hard year, because I did it. I did not read about organisational pressure. I carried it.

Underneath that sits an honours degree in sport psychology and 25 years of high-pressure rooms. And then there is the ice. I crossed the Greenland ice sheet, 553km unsupported, as a team of ten, and I am skiing to the South Pole, solo and unsupported, in 2030. The frameworks I bring your organisation were tested where getting it wrong costs more than a bad quarter.

Corporate teams and leadership groups. Conferences, summits, and teams that need to perform when the stakes are real.

Small and medium businesses. Owner-run and growing companies where pressure lands on a few sets of shoulders. This is where I come from, and the work is sized and priced for it.

Safari lodges and guide teams. Lodge management, guide teams, and hospitality operations.

Event organisers. A keynote or session built for the room, and a door into the deeper work.
